Tampa Bay Auto Care

after years of use of my car, I noticed some noise coming from its engine bay and I immediately look for trusted care care experts and there I found Tampa Bay Auto Care. They took time to check every possible source of that noise, and for a non-expert car guy like me, They were able to explain the issue in the most simple and understandable way. the repair took 3-5 hrs but I dont mind waiting because they have a pretty cozy and comfortable waiting area which is a major thing for me. and so far no unwanted noise again and will definitely be back for future maintenance.

Tim and his crew were able to work with my schedule and get my car in, repaired and back to me in 24 hours. I was not pressured to do any additional repairs that I truly didn't need. Tim will be getting all of my business going forward.

I can’t say enough good things about Tampa Bay Auto Care. I’ve been coming here for about four years now, and every single time I leave with complete peace of mind. If you’ve ever felt stressed walking into a mechanic shop, you know how rare that is. Recently, I got quotes from other places that were nearly 3 times the cost for the same work. Tampa Bay Auto Care took the time to walk me through everything, explain what actually needed to be done, and what didn’t. No pressure. No upselling. Just honesty. These are genuinely good people who care about helping you take care of your vehicle, not taking advantage of you. They’re incredibly helpful, transparent, and you can tell they value relationships more than quick profit. Because of them, going to the mechanic isn’t something I dread anymore, it’s something I trust and actually enjoy! I volunteer to bring our cars in and just sit and wait. It feels like your neighbors have offered to help you with your car ☺️. If you’re looking for honest, reliable auto care, you should absolutely come by Tampa Bay Auto Care. You’ll understand why so many people keep coming back.

I had an excellent experience with Tampa Bay Auto Care and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional auto repair shop in the Tampa Bay area. The owner, Tim, is outstanding to work with — extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. From the moment I spoke with him, I could tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work and treating customers fairly. They fixed the issue with my wife’s car faster than I expected, and the work was done perfectly. On top of that, they didn’t just stop at the repair — they performed a full inspection and went over everything in detail, including the transmission, tires, brakes, shocks, oil, and other key components. What I appreciated most was how transparent and helpful they were. Tim explained what looked good, what may need attention down the road, and what signs to watch for in the future. The pricing was also very fair, especially for the level of service and thoroughness they provided. If you’re searching for an honest, reliable, and efficient mechanic in Tampa, Tampa Bay Auto Care is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and repairs!

When Tampa Bay Auto Care came up on a Google search and had a 5 STAR rating, I was skeptical. But I'm a believer now. I'm 77 old and have had many vehicles worked on over the years. Tampa Bay Auto Care is the first one I have driven away from with 100% confidence that everything had been done properly and that I had not been ripped off in one way or another.
